Roof rafters for a shepherd’s hut, 19 pieces, 36 mm thick. We manufacture them on a CNC machine with the highest precision. A 7.2 m long hut requires 19 rafters.

They are made from two layers of A-grade spruce plywood purchased from B&Q, measuring 3474 mm long, 505 mm high, and 100 mm wide.

All dimensions and shape are consistent with the technical drawing provided in the store.

You can choose how we can manufacture the product and prepare it for collection.

Option 1.
Cut the rafters for assembly as a flat pack. Separate components, ready for assembly.

Option 2.
Cut the rafters, assembled, glued with carpenter’s glue, and stapled tightly and precisely.

Option 3.
After gluing and stitching the rafters, sand them with sandpaper.

Additionally, they are covered with 1 layer of OSMO primer oil and 1 layer of high-class OSMO UV oil to maintain quality for many years.

Once the funds have been credited to our bank account, we will begin production. The production process takes one to two business days. Please transfer the funds directly to our company account, as I do not incur any additional commission fees.
