Roof rafters for a shepherd’s hut 16 pieces 54 mm thick .

They are made of three layers of spruce plywood 3400 mm long 450 mm high 100 mm wide.

All dimensions and shape are in accordance with the technical drawing posted in the store.

It is possible to choose in what form we can make the product and prepare it for collection.

Option 1.
Cut rafters to be assembled in the form of a flat pack.  separate elements and ready to assemble

Option 2.
cut rafters assembled, glued with carpenter’s glue, sewn with staples firmly and precisely.

Option 3.
After gluing and sewing the rafters, they are sanded with sandpaper.

In addition, they are covered with 1 layer of OSMO primer oil and 1 layer of high-class OSMO UV oil to maintain quality for many years.

The rafters for a shepherd’s hut are made of natural plywood and correspond to the dimensions given in the drawing. We can also make custom rafters in the height and length preferred by the customer. They are made on a CNC machine with excellent accuracy. Please send any questions and projects directly to us. For a 9.5 m long cottage, 25 rafters are needed. We will try to answer as soon as possible.

For an additional fee, we can assemble, glue, nail and personally deliver the rafters to the construction site.
