Inspired by projects posted on the Internet, I decided to create my own JIG project.
To make replacement tops like FESTOOL MFT/3, or actually tops in any size you can think of. Replace your MFT countertop at a fraction of the price of the 12mm thick original.
MR Moisture Resistant MDF This is the perfect JIG you need for re-manufacturing replacement countertops every time. All CNC cut The JIG jig also allows you to lengthen the holes for easier fastening etc.
1.- Woodemporium JIG
2. -2 positioning sleeves
3.-two positioning lugs in the bushings
4.-10 x Right Angle or Straight Line Positioning Pins.

Dimensions: (L) 1180 x (W) 318 mm x (D) 12 mm
Milled holes of 20 mm are dedicated to BD and UJK dogs, center to center distance 96 mm.
