Description
Inspired by projects published online, I decided to create my own JIG project.
Â
To make replacement countertops, such as the FESTOOL MFT/3, or rather, countertops in any size you can imagine.
Â
Create your own MFT-3 worktop at a fraction of the cost of a pre-made countertop. Using a router with a 30 mm universal guide sleeve and a 20 mm cotter pin, you can easily create holes. Whether you’re building a custom worktop or replacing the top on a Festool multifunction table, you can mill a countertop with near-CNC accuracy using just a good router, a sharp cotter pin, and a drilling jig.
Â
Replace the top of your MFT for a fraction of the cost of the original 12 mm thick top.
Â
High-quality composite board, 12 mm thick. This is the perfect JIG you need for re-manufacturing replacement countertops every time. All CNC cut The JIG jig also allows you to lengthen the holes for easier fastening etc.
1.- Woodemporium JIG
2. -2 positioning sleeves
3.-Two positioning lugs in the bushings
4.-6 x Right Angle or Straight Line Positioning Pins.
4.- 2x Additional alternative stabilizing pins
Â
Dimensions: (L) 583.0 x (W) 318 mm x (D) 12 mm
Milled holes of 20 mm, center to center distance 96 mm.
No items will be sent uninsured under any circumstances.
